Off-Site Automated Backup for the AVST CallXpress


Backing up your investment has never been so easy! 

The newest product offered from Advanced Voice Solutions is the Off-Site Automated Backup for the AVST CallXpress. AVS can configure your AVST CallXpress to run a scheduled backup of your entire CallXpress database including all voice messages for clients not using unified messaging. After the system finishes the automated backup of the CallXpress the archive file is then sent to Advanced Voice Solutions file store server. This gives you the client the peace of mind knowing that your CallXpress Backup is safely stored Off-Site with your vendor. In the event of a system failure a Support Engineer will bring a copy of your database to your location to use during the rebuild process. You will also have access to your backup file and key-disk file via a web based utility. The pricing for this new service is as follows:
