Create a new appointment by specify the start time, duration, the phone number and time for the reminder call. The following figure shows the new appointment in the appointment book. |

Checking Call Status and Confirmation Status
Call status and response can be checked easily by indicator in the appointment entry, a call history for the call, and a call report for the day. Click on the message hyperlink in the report plays the voice message.
