1. Press enter Enter your mailbox number Enter your security code 2. Press “E” for system maintenance 3. Press “D” set date and time 4. Change the time one hour Remember it is military time 5. Press the “F1” function key to Save your change 6. Press “ESC” 3 times until you are Back to the default screen
