When you call the AVS Support Department a Support Engineer will have to open a trouble ticket if you have not already done so. You can streamline your support call by submitting the information in the trouble ticket by using the online trouble ticket solution. All Trouble Tickets are responded to as soon as possible. If your system is critically impaired we urge you to call AVS and speak to an Engineer. This service is free for clients that have a service contract with Advanced Voice Solutions.

AVS offers Client FTP Access for clients who have a Off-Site Backup Program for their CallXpress System as well as for clients who need to send files to AVS that are larger than 5mb in size. When you log into your account you will be able to view the up-to-date usage on the account as well as the totle amount of miniutes left on a prepaid business account. VoIP Phone Service from HavenZone works with the IPitomy VoIP PBX.

The AVS Knowledge Base is a great place to find many answers about your system. The Support Staff are constantly adding new answers to many questions every day. If you have a technical question about your system you can find the answer here. The AVS Supports Downloads section is where you can find many files needed for your system. Most files should only be used while on the phone with a Support Engineer or with a Support Engineer on site working on your system. Please be careful when installing a patch on your system and make sure it is the file you need before installing it. Most patches cannot be uninstalled!
